As a mature trainer who has personally navigated the physical changes of my teens, 20s, 30s, and now into my 40s, I bring a deep understanding of how training needs evolve throughout life. My approach is built on real-world experience, not just theory.

When you train with me, you're working with a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist—legally certified to assess and treat muscle, tendon, and ligament injuries. I provide expert postural and gait analysis, helping you move better, recover faster, and prevent future injuries.

With advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology—including the precise origin and insertion points of every muscle—I offer evidence-based advice to improve posture, mobility, flexibility, and overall performance.

It’s rare to find a Personal Trainer who is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist. Most charge upwards of £60 per hour for massage alone. With me, it’s all included in your hourly training session—no hidden costs, just complete care.

Fitness Boxing Coach.

I became a certified Fitness Boxing Coach to make boxing more accessible to everyone. While traditional boxing gyms are often seen as intimidating (they’re really not—I highly recommend visiting and supporting your local club!), I recognised a gap for those who want the benefits of boxing without the pressure of a group or competitive setting.

For over a decade, I’ve worked one-on-one with men and women of all ages, teaching the fundamentals from the ground up: how to position your feet, move efficiently, protect yourself, and strike safely. Together, we build your confidence through structured pad work, footwork, combinations, and more—all tailored to your pace and ability.

There’s no sparring, no head or body contact—just focused, dynamic pad work integrated into your fitness routine. It’s a fun, energising way to break up your workout while learning a powerful new skill.

Everyone I work with or who knows me…. knows I’m not just talking the talk—I live this lifestyle a true 365 days a year (not like those that wear t-shirts that say they do). That consistency builds real trust, camaraderie, and a bond that goes far beyond generic motivational quotes or influencer content from someone behind a screen.

I’m a dedicated multi-discipline athlete, currently focused on Triathlon (swim, bike, run), but also actively engaged in weightlifting, resistance training, calisthenics, and track sprinting—some of which I’ve competed in at an international level.

My personal goal for 2025 is completing a full 140.6-mile Ironman.

As I progress into my 40s, I maintain a body fat percentage of 10–12%, a VO2 max of 60, and a resting heart rate under 50 bpm. These aren't just stats—they’re life expectancy markers and yours should be there too. They’re a direct result of smart training, not supplements, shortcuts, injections, or pills. And this approach is entirely achievable for you too (note: for women, body fat percentages naturally track about 8% higher).
