Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely not! I work with beginners week in week out. Exercise will be tailored to your experience and fitness levels. Complete beginners welcome.

  • If you follow the plans provided and instruction you can absolutely expect weight loss, muscle gain, shaping, toning and more (depending on your goal). Like anything in life, the more you put in, the more you get out, don’t let anyone fool you otherwise! I have current clients down 23kg in body weight / fat, and alongside them those who have gained some impressive muscle mass.

  • I require you to be healthy with no injuries, medical complications or conditions to commence training. This ensures the highest levels of safety for everyone I train. Please remember a Personal Trainer is NOT a medical professional and you should consult your GP / Doctor prior to any change in exercise and close down any pre existing medical challenges with your GP / Physio prior to commencing Personal Training. You will be required to complete an industry standard Pre Activity Readiness Questionnaire (Think of this as a simple health questionnaire) prior to training to confirm you are injury-free, with no medical complications.

  • Absolutely not. Nothing about my physical training is themed around the Marines. Your training is based on the best available science, as per my qualifications using the best exercises possible for your ability level. My communication will be clear, fun and relaxed with supportive commands where required. No camouflage in sight ;) However our discussions and practical elements on mindset, planning, execution of task, confidence building etc will be derived from the very best of what I have learned as a Marine, from special forces and what I have taught to foreign special forces across the globe.
